In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the client, responsible for ensuring a smooth conversion to one of the processing platforms supported.  

Role Responsibilities

• Oversees the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's Technology infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and scalable, while also aligned with business goals.
• Coordinates activities of the On-premises and Cloud servers infrastructure team, including research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, vulnerabilities analysis and resolution.
• Participate on ITIL Processes like Change, Problem and Incident Management.
• Lead and mentor IT infrastructure staff, providing guidance and support. 
• Team members objectives definition and follow up. Monitors/evaluates team members performance.
• Vendors Management and budget definition and controlling.
• Implement and enforce security protocols and measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.

Role Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. 
• 8+ years of experience in IT industry and at least 3 in similar role. 
• Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can-do attitude      
• Experience in supporting business Operations, Monitoring recommendations, Process Improvements, SLA Adherence.
• Solid knowledge and experience on:
  • Windows - Linux - VMWare – Kubernetes / Docker
  • Windows AD
  • Protocols: TCP/IP – DNS – SSH – SFTP
  • Servers / Storage technology
  • Cloud and on-premises technology infrastructure
  • Clouds AWS – OCI - GCP
  • Knowledge and experience on ITIL and DevOps is required.
• English written and spoken proficiency is required.
• Strong expertise on managing teams and vendors.
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact with local and global partners.
