Social Outreach Specialist
Summary
Drive brand buzz and advocacy by running our ambassador program, executing targeted product-seeding outreach, and managing daily social media messaging. You’ll turn influencers and fans into vocal champions, fueling engagement and sales growth.
Bullets of duties
- Recruit and onboard brand ambassadors; set monthly goals, provide assets, and track performance.
- Identify high-fit creators for product seeding; craft pitches, coordinate shipments, and secure content/feedback.
- Manage outbound and inbound DMs across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook; answer questions, nurture relationships, and escalate leads.
- Maintain a structured outreach calendar to ensure timely touchpoints, follow-ups, and campaign deadlines.
- Collaborate with marketing to align ambassador content with launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor deliverables and report weekly on KPIs and ROI.
- Keep CRM and influencer platforms updated with contact details, status, and next steps.
Requirements
- 1–3 years managing influencer/ambassador programs or social outreach.
- Proven track record securing UGC and measurable results from product seeding.
- Exceptional written communication—clear, friendly, and on-brand.
- Organized, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple conversations at scale.
- Passion for social media trends and community building.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.

Pay: $1,250,000.00 - $1,260,000.00 per month
