Job Overview
As an Import & Export Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will play a pivotal role in our Information Technology team. This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to a world-class organization that is dedicated to making a global impact through science and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve dispositions by health ministries.
- Generate and monitor protocol tables.
- Review documentation for new imports and exports.
- Track shipments in transit and coordinate customs releases flawlessly.
- Review operational expenses, enter system payments, and bill clients.
- Optimize current processes with both internal and external clients.
- Participate in the monthly billing review.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Foreign trade, Logistics, Health sciences or related fields
- Proven experience in import/export procedures and regulations, desireable within pharmaceutical/ medical devices industry
- Advanced english
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to strictly follow and implement company protocols.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- IT proficiency to successfully implement and manage tasks.
