Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience as a developer
- Experience leading projects or technical teams (ideally in e-commerce or digital product environments)
- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails
- General frontend knowledge (direct hands-on experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
- Advanced English (mandatory) – interviews will include discussions with international stakeholders
- Residency in Argentina (mandatory)
- Languages: Ruby, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Frameworks: Ruby on Rails, React (in some parts of the project)
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Methodology: Agile
- Infrastructure: Active migration to AWS

- Interview with Workana
- Interview with People (Client)
- Technical interview with the team lead (based in Silicon Valley) (Client)
- Two interviews with the final client (one technical, one cultural)
