Basic Qualifications:- Sr Backend Engineer with 10+ years of experience- 5+ years of Elixir / Erlang experience - Backend frameworks: Phoenix (web), commanded (CQRS), Broadway (pub/sub), Oban (background jobs), Hermes (MCP)- Infrastructure: Google Cloud, Postgres, Terraform, Appsignal
Experience with:- Designing and executing architectural plans/changes- Debugging production systems with monitoring and observability- Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)- Owning a database (Postgres on Google Cloud SQL)- MCP and Claude Code
