Position Overview:
- Over 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Core Java/J2EE project development on distributed platforms and applications.
- More than 6 to 8 years of experience in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
- Over 6 to 8 years participating in all phases and processes of the software development lifecycle.
- At least 6 years of experience in tokenization and cryptography functions.
- Minimum 2 years working with cloud-based applications.
- Experience leading project delivery using REST, Web Services, Spring Framework, JDBC, and ORM.
- Ability to facilitate designs that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Application of design patterns and work with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Design decision-making for projects or applications.
- Definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational readiness in collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including external entities.
- Work in cryptographic environments.
- Experience in payment domain projects, including credit card processing, credit networks, statement processing, transaction research, or exception handling.
- Experience with onsite-offshore working models.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Hibernate, and SQL.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
