We are looking for a Partner Service Specialist to help maintain the health of our partner ecosystem by strengthening day-to-day operational relationships with our partners. You will report to the Partner Service Manager and be part of a B2B team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our network of luxury boutiques and platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their daily operational and technical inquiries (e.g., order/returns issues, system questions, customer service priorities);
- Provide timely, high-quality support across all communication channels;
- Track operational objectives, identify trends in partner behaviours, and propose solutions for recurring challenges;
- Enhance partner satisfaction by offering support and pinpointing areas for improvement to meet partner expectations;
- Serve as the partner’s voice, advocating for improvements that add value to the partner ecosystem.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 1+ years of experience in a service role, ideally in a B2B environment;
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken), with good proficiency in Italian (written)
- You are dependable and accountable, with flexibility to adjust working hours based on partner needs, including occasional weekend or early/late hours;
- You are proficient with IT tools, including partner service platforms (Zendesk is a nice-to-have) and G-Suite applications.
