The Partner Lead role is at the heart of how Wonderland operates. You are responsible for aligning our technical teams and partners under a shared vision of success. Your mission is twofold: ensure the partner is satisfied with the solutions delivered, and ensure our internal team can do their best work and feel proud of it.
This is not a traditional project manager role. It’s a deeply technical position that requires strategic oversight, clear communication, and a strong understanding of blockchain architecture. You will support up to two concurrent projects, focusing on long-term success over short-term deliverables. You will develop smart contracts for the best protocols in the world.
Strong technical background in smart contract systems, architecture, or full-stack development.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
