The Employee Shareholding Senior Analyst plays a role in optimizing and supporting Employee Shareholding operations and various Human Resources processes for Europe and Americas regions. His role is to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and data integrity by engaging directly in core activities. The Senior Analyst will act as a liaison, collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Individual Shareholders, HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits COE, Finance, Legal) and external stakeholders (e.g. Uptevia, payroll vendors) to streamline workflows, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement within the operational and HR landscape.Key responsibilities:
- Liaise directly with the external service provider to report and manage any changes to shareholder data (e.g. employee departures, entity changes).
- Validate incoming early release requests to ensure completeness and adherence to procedures.
- For entity payment, accurately dispatch sales of shares, dividend and fractional rights payments to shareholders.
- To assist employee Shareholders on their formalities (process explanation, online account access, etc.)

Required qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational support role, HR administration, HR Shared Services, or a similar analytical position within a complex organization.
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and case management tools (e.g., MyHR, or similar).
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling, document verification, and process execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Individual Shareholders, HRBP, COE C&B, Finance, Legal).
Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to speak additional languages relevant to the company's operations.
