Frost & Sullivan is looking for a smart advanced student who wants to join our Human Resources team based in Buenos Aires to support our Americas Region. The HR Intern will provide various support for our HR Programs including Onboarding, Offboarding, HRIS, Training, Talent Acquisition and Events. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter looking for a long-term career opportunity in a diverse team environment with the opportunity to gain experience across multiple different countries including Argentina and North America. A successful HR Intern who will be committed to offering the highest level of support to encourage an efficient and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
- Provides support in a variety of support in human resource functions to include administration of leave management, compensation and benefit programs, employee relations, compliance, training and development, employee data and profile maintenance, etc.
- Assists with onboarding and exit interviews, prepping materials for new hires and exits
- Process all new hire information and employee status related changes in HRIS systems and other internal databases to maintain accuracy and integrity
- Develops and disseminates HR reports to management
- Research and responds to all employee inquiries regarding all Regional HR-related questions in a timely manner
- Contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team through different recruitment actions such as:
- Managing job posting on internal and external channels.
- Reviewing candidate’s applications.
- Contacting candidates via email or phone calls.
- Scheduling & coordinating interviews for hiring managers.
Requirements
- HR, Business Administration, Psychology or HR related career advanced students.
- Excellent communication skills; English absolutely required.
- Knowledge of HR and/or Recruitment flows and practices is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Initiative and ability to work in a global environment.
- Ethical behavior and confidentiality.
- Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills.
