HyperGuest is a global travel-tech startup transforming the way hotels and travel providers connect. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on, proactive, and people-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to lead our recruitment and HR processes for multiple departments and regions.
This is a remote role combining end-to-end recruitment with operational HR responsibilities, supporting a fast-paced, international, and remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for global support roles, including Customer Care, Onboarding Agents, and Tier 1 & 2 Support Agents.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
- Utilize platforms such as Slack, Comeet (ATS), and HiBob (HRIS) to manage workflows and documentation.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation planning, system setup, and coordination with relevant teams.
- Conduct employee check-in conversations post-onboarding and at key milestones.
- Support day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, system updates, and internal communication.
- Lead employee experience initiatives such as birthday and work anniversary recognition.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in global recruitment for customer support or service roles, ideally in high-growth tech or startup environments- Must
- Fluent English – both written and spoken- Must
- Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, Comeet (or similar ATS), and HiBob (or other HR platforms)- Must
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask- Must
- Willingness to work flexible hours covering India, Philippines and Argentina time zones- Must
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, can-do approach- Must
- Experience in the travel-tech or hospitality industry- a plus
