- Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un estudiante con perfil analítico, con muchas ganas de aprender y proactivo para darle soporte al área de Customer Service en Cono Sur.
Las tareas que requiere este rol son, entre otras:
- Responsable de la construcción de Sugeridos de Reposición a Clientes (Customer Manage Invetory).
- Responsable de la construcción y Actualización de Maestros de Productos y Clientes del Área (Ventor Manage Inventory/Customer Manage Invetory).
- Soporte en la migración de información de Sourcings.
- Soporte en la construcción, control y seguimiento de indicadores de las áreas de Customer Service.
- Soporte en el relevamiento de información y avances de proyectos.
- Soporte en el armado de Reportes y Tableros en la gestión de las áreas de Customer Service.
Educación:
- Alumnos universitarios: en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Marketing o afines, con mínimo 18 meses para graduarse.
Requisitos de la posición:
- Excel Advanced level
- Intermediate English level
- Power BI (deseable)
Horarios de trabajo:
- 20 horas semanales de 9 a 13hs
- Esquema híbrido
