Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary system administrator and owner for our Workday system, serving as the main point of contact for all data and update requirements within the platform.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, Recruiting, and Payroll to develop technology solutions aimed at streamlining and automating HR processes.
- Translate business objectives and employee needs into clear technical specifications.
- Provide subject matter expertise across various Workday HCM modules, including benefits, advanced compensation, Cloud Connect for third-party payroll, time tracking, and absence management.
- Utilize business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process enhancements, advising stakeholders on available options, potential risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.
- Implement process improvements and policy changes to enhance system efficiency and the overall user experience.
- Manage the configuration of the Workday system, including EIBs, mass uploads, simple integrations, business processes, reports, Workday releases, and security settings.
- Ensure secure end-user access and maintain data integrity across the Workday platform.
- Participate in change management and go-live support during system upgrades, and assist in maintaining end-user training materials and job aids.
- Understand Workday security frameworks, including the adjustment of domains and security groups.
- Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within Workday.
- Generate and maintain various reports, queries, and dashboards using appropriate reporting tools.
