Job Description
- Assist user support for the GfKnewron platform.
- · Help deliver basic training sessions to internal teams and clients, with guidance from senior colleagues or leadership.
- · Support clients in understanding panel data and key performance indicators.
- · Respond to client questions and provide assistance with using NIQ tools and reports.
- · Learn about market trends, brand performance, and distribution channels in the Tech & Durables sector.
- · Help prepare presentations and reports based on client briefs, under supervision.
Qualifications
- A recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- · Desirable experience in consulting and market research solutions.
- · Strong interest in data, market research, and consumer behavior.
- · Interest for Tech&Durables product categories and markets
- · Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, international environment.
- · Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data tools is a plus.
- · English and Spanish proficiency.
- · Strong presentation and communication skills, client-centric approach
- · Proactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams
- · Open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
