Your impact
- Generate reports about forecast by brand, market and product to be sent to other areas as input to others processes (Demand Planning, Dealer Central, Sales)
- Billling recognizing reports, backlog orders to be shipped, and stock aging
- Shipment process to Argentina and OSA for units produced outside Argentina according to the Demand Planning information.
- Work with continuous process improvement approach in all the process
- Manages incoming orders for products to be produce in plant outside the region, organize schedules and track the operation until the moment of shippments.
- Follow up sales forecast and track shipment in order to fulfill sales target.
- Prodide information to support oder areas - dealer central, demand planning, sales
- Control order bank (receive export orders, include in the system, inform customers, guarantte attendance with the factory)
- Prepare several reports in order to give timely information to every market (spreadsheets and presentations)
- Inform KPI with the key information to improve process.
Your experience and qualifications
• Degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration or Engineering
• Fluent in English
