About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and marketing support to the TA Head and Product Management team
- Assist in the creation and coordination of promotional materials and marketing campaigns
- Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain and update distributor and customer databases accurately
- Generate and deliver monthly reports on customer satisfaction metrics
- Support the execution of digital marketing and communication strategies
- Deliver timely and accurate operational and analytical reports to support decision-making
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of market and customer intelligence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a patient/client-focused environment
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Skilled in administrative support and coordination
- Ability to manage and analyze data for decision-making
- Fluent in English

- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and platforms
