- ️ Brand & Legal Gatekeeping: Master and enforce client guidelines – logos, fonts, colors, spacing, disclaimers, prohibited language – no mistakes allowed.
- Deadline Dominator: Independently manage your queue of reviews, ensuring on-time delivery, every time. Punctuality and meeting deadlines are non-negotiable here.
- Flawless Flagging: Document every single finding accurately in our workflow systems (like Monday.com, Frame.io). Clear communication is key.
- Guideline Guru: Keep internal documentation updated with the latest client brand and legal standards.
- ✅ Final Go/No-Go: Confirm final outputs meet all platform, client, brand, and legal requirements with unwavering accuracy.
You're Built for This If You Have:
- Proven Precision: 1+ year experience in Digital Ad QC or a highly detailed Proofreading role.
- English Language Mastery: Exceptional fluency (grammar, spelling, written & oral communication).
- Eagle Eyes: A legendary level of attention to detail. Seriously, you spot things others miss. ✨
