We’re looking for a Brand Strategist to help us scale smarter, move faster, and raise the bar across everything we do
In this role, you´ll:
- Build and refine our global brand framework (purpose, pillars, personality).
- Lead key quantitative and qualitative studies (surveys, focus groups, competitive audits) to uncover the most impactful brand opportunities.
- Craft the overarching brand story, key messaging hierarchies, taglines and naming systems.
- Develop concise brand guidelines and toolkits; train cross-functional teams and agencies for seamless execution.
- Act as the “voice of the brand” with the Brand Voice Lead, in product roadmaps, UX workshops, CRM reviews and Paid Media planning alongside functional leads.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- 4+ years in brand strategy or closely related roles at high-growth consumer tech, gaming, or agency environments.
- Proven track record translating complex challenges into clear, differentiated brand positioning.
- Comfortable with dashboard analysis and ethnographic research.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in Spanish & English.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Legal and Tech.
Bonus points if you also have
- Fluent language Skills in Portuguese both written and verbal.
- Mastery of advanced frameworks (Jobs-to-be-Done, Archetype Mapping, Brand Key).
- Experience in regulated industries (iGaming, finance, healthcare).
- Prior exposure to AI/ML-driven personalization or performance marketing.
