- Recibir todos los productos comprados por el hotel siguiendo los procesos en nuestros sistemas internos.
- Asegurar que las áreas de carga y recepción de mercadería se mantengan seguras, limpias y organizadas.
- Controlar el pedido realizado, remito y mercadería recibida.
- Colaboración en la toma de inventarios
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas locales y corporativas, controles internos y procedimientos relacionadas con el Departamento de Compras.
- Tareas de carga y descarga de mercadería.
Requisitos:
- Conocimientos intermedios de herramientas informáticas (Excel, buscadores, correo electrónico, etc. )
- Flexibilidad y habilidad para la coordinación y el manejo de múltiples tareas
- Excelentes cualidades en la atención a clientes externos e internos.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
