JOB TITLE: Trade Lifecycle Analyst - FX back-office team

You will be part of a dynamic, detail-oriented and collaborative team where:
- You’ll apply analytical thinking to support daily operations and contribute to process optimization.
- You’ll manage and interpret large data sets , requiring precision, accountability, and curiosity.
- You’ll work closely with stakeholders across regions, gaining exposure to FX operational processes, international trade documentation, and compliance standards.
And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:
- Provide operational support for Foreign Exchange transactions, with a focus on documentation control, data validation, and adherence to internal procedures.
- Review and interpret international trade documents to support transaction processing.
- Investigate and resolve exceptions or client-related queries, taking full ownership from identification through resolution .
- Conduct data analysis and produce operational insights using Excel and Alteryx .
- Maintain accurate tracking of metrics, controls, and follow-ups through structured reports and dashboards.
- Execute process-driven tasks with consistency and attention to detail , while maintaining a proactive mindset to detect issues and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across locations, contributing to a team-oriented culture .
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Adapt to a rotating schedule based on business needs and regional time zones. Escalate issues in a timely and transparent manner, ensuring visibility and mitigation of risks.
What do we ask for this position:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance , or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills are required; experience with Alteryx is a strong plus.
- Analytical mindset and demonstrated ability to work with and interpret operational data.
- Understanding of foreign trade documentation is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills in English and if you have Portuguese is a big plus , language proficiency will be evaluated during the selection process .
- Strong sense of ownership , attention to detail , and reliability in completing daily tasks.
- Team-oriented , adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and adjust to changing business needs.
