Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor the Trade Marketing strategy, ensuring effective execution at the point of sale, strong brand visibility, and alignment with commercial objectives. Acts as a link between the marketing and sales teams to maximize impact across all distribution channels. Will work with leading brands such as Nintendo, Roku, Electronic Arts (EA), Activision, and Rockstar, among others.
- Plan and execute Trade Marketing actions by channel and client.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and visibility campaigns at the point of sale.
- Develop and oversee the production of POP materials, ensuring proper implementation.
- Analyze campaign performance and propose continuous improvements.
- Measure execution KPIs and calculate the ROI of Trade initiatives.
- Coordinate with merchandising agencies and suppliers.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to align strategies.
- Support digital actions related to in-store experience.
- Supervise the maintenance of displays, shop windows, and brand assets at the point of sale (POS).
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Commercialization.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in similar roles.
- Advanced English (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Trade Marketing and retail channels.
- Analytical, results-oriented profile.
- Proactive, autonomous, and excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in technology/electronics (desirable).
- Residence in Buenos Aires City (CABA) or Northern Greater Buenos Aires. Own vehicle and availability to travel.
