What you will do

The Trade Operations Analyst is responsible for performing basic analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance activities related to Import and export COST MANAGEMENT. You will interface with users to analyze and resolve less complex issues, assist in conducting feasibility studies, and provide status reports to department management and business partners:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trade operations COSTprocedures and guidelines in accordance with industry standards: Create purchase orders, Expenses Control, identify Cost Down opportunities
• Overview and Control Import/Export operational costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize trade operations efficiency (Finance, Accounting, Tax)
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Cost Area)
• Perform detailed analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance activities in alignment with department methodologies
• Collaborate with team members to innovate and enhance existing processes for optimal efficiency
• Lead project teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget, ensuring operational integrity of all changes
• Provide technical support and guidance, demonstrating expertise as a subject matter expert
• Communicate effectively with business partners to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with deliverables
• Promote knowledge sharing behaviors across departments and apply competency models principles
• Identify, value, and protect company assets by enforcing security policies at all levels
