Operations Assistant – Remote (LATAM)
Compensation: $1,000–$1,500/month USD (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, 9am–5pm EST, Monday to Friday
Location: Remote from Latin America
About the Role
Latino Legends is hiring a dynamic, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support a growing group of brands spanning luxury wellness, real estate (short-term and long-term rentals), and personal brand content creation. This is a high-impact, multi-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and can balance structure with initiative.
You’ll support day-to-day operations across content, customer engagement, rental logistics, and admin/financial workflows. The right candidate is resourceful, proactive, organized, and passionate about brand building—someone who can seamlessly move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
What You’ll Do
1. Social Media & Content Management
Content Creation & Scheduling
Create monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
Design branded graphics and edit videos using Canva or CapCut
Draft platform-specific captions that align with each brand's tone
Schedule and manage posts using tools like Meta Business Suite
Post stories, reels, and announcements in real-time
Community Engagement & Growth
Engage with followers and respond to DMs/comments daily
Research and implement hashtag strategies, trends, and reels to boost reach
Manage influencer collaborations, giveaways, and partnerships
Monitor engagement metrics and compile monthly reports
Keep profiles optimized with updated links, highlights, and bios
2. Customer & Lead Support
Make follow-up calls to warm leads using tools like OpenPhone
Assist potential clients in booking appointments or answering questions
Log lead activity and outcomes in the CRM
Support brand activations and local campaigns through outreach
3. Rental Operations Support (Short-Term & Long-Term)
Listing & Pricing Management
Update rental calendars and pricing, especially for peak dates
Track competitor listings and suggest pricing strategies
Guest Communications & Coordination
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests
Manage check-ins, confirmations, and ongoing communication
Coordinate cleanings and turnovers post-stay
Oversee vendor communication for repairs and maintenance
Conduct virtual inspections monthly
Monitor occupancy and guest ratings; adapt strategy accordingly
4. Admin & Financial Operations
Organize receipts, invoices, and expenses weekly
Reconcile transactions using spreadsheets or QuickBooks
Maintain clean, audit-ready records and produce monthly reports
Support scheduling and operations in the wellness management platform (Zenoti)

Organization: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
Admin/Finance: QuickBooks, Excel
Hospitality: Airbnb, VRBO, and similar platforms
Wellness Platform: Zenoti
What We’re Looking For
Strong written English, with the ability to write compelling long-form posts for platforms like LinkedIn
Confident speaking skills and experience in outbound communication
Organized and efficient multitasker, with a great eye for detail
Social media savvy and a creative thinker
Comfortable working independently, with strong decision-making skills
Reliable tech setup (laptop, fast Wi-Fi, camera for meetings)
Available to work consistently in U.S. Eastern Time
