Estamos en la búsqueda de un(a) Asistente de Sitio para apoyar en la operación y el funcionamiento general de nuestras instalaciones, asegurando una estructura organizada, funcional y preparada para recibir a empleados y visitantes.
Responsabilidades principales:
Ser el contacto principal con proveedores de servicios (limpieza, mantenimiento, IT, seguridad, etc.);
Coordinar visitas técnicas y asegurar la correcta ejecución de los servicios según los contratos y estándares de calidad;
Apoyar en la gestión de limpieza, seguridad y mantenimiento del sitio;
Mantener el inventario de insumos de oficina, equipos de IT y otros materiales necesarios para la operación;
Recibir y distribuir equipos, especialmente relacionados con IT;
Gestionar la base de datos de control de accesos (altas, bajas, reportes, mantenimiento);
Mantener actualizada la comunicación interna (pantallas, carteleras, etc.);
Coordinar la entrega de herramientas de trabajo para nuevos empleados (equipos, credenciales, celular, vehículo, etc.);
Recibir a visitantes nacionales e internacionales, brindando apoyo con logística, alojamiento, alimentación e indicaciones internas;
Organizar viajes y agendas para visitantes del exterior (alojamiento, transporte, documentación, etc.);
Apoyar en la organización de reuniones y eventos internos y externos;
Mantener contacto con la agencia de viajes y asistir a empleados en el uso de la plataforma corporativa;
Supervisar el funcionamiento del snack bar, asegurando calidad y alineación con los productos de la empresa;
Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua, proponiendo e implementando acciones que optimicen procesos y servicios;
Garantizar la calidad y cumplimiento de los procedimientos bajo su responsabilidad, en línea con las políticas globales.
Requisitos:
Educación secundaria completa (se valorará formación técnica o universitaria en curso);
Buena comunicación, organización y capacidad de resolución;
Conocimientos básicos de herramientas informáticas (paquete Office);
Inglés intermedio (valorable) para interacción con visitantes y documentación.
