Role Purpose
To support the Americas Strategy & Operations (S&O) Revenue Operations team by driving process excellence, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring operational rigor. This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about improving business performance through structured processes and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting

- esign and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance. D
- eliver accurate and timely recurring reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to the Revenue Operations team. C
- onduct analysis on KPIs and trending to be leveraged as actionable insights for leadership and stakeholder
Process Optimization & Governance
- S
- upport continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with Rev Ops teammates to identify inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions. E
- xecute standardized Go-to-market (GTM) activities to support the rollout and ongoing maintenance of the annual GTM process. M
- onitor and drive consistency of CRM data for usage in ongoing analysis and business recommendations
Project & Stakeholder Management

- oordinate and track progress of key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. P
- repare materials for business updates and operational check-ins. H
- elp create and track project timelines and progress A
- ssist building Executive level presentation
Profile & Skills

- trong analytical mindset with experience in data modeling, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud). H
- ighly organized and process-driven, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. E
- xcellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. C
- omfortable working independently and collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment. D
- emonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Experience & Qualifications

- –4 years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical role. P
- reference for bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. F
- amiliarity with SAP tools and systems is a plus. E
- xperience supporting sales operations or finance teams is highly desirable
