Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer (Java + Spring Boot + Microservices [Must: Azure]) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing and developing scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architectures. Experience with Azure cloud is required. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, secure, and reliable applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and optimize Microservices architectures ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Integrate and consume RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to define technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Ensure performance, security, and reliability of applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Experience with Azure cloud.
- Strong experience with relational and/or non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of API design and best practices.
- Advanced English — excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
