Your Tasks
Role Purpose:
Ensure that each indirect point of sale is properly classified and stocked according to its sales potential, customer profile, and coverage strategy, achieving optimal assortment and "perfect store" targets on a sustained basis.
Main Accountabilities:
- Field immersion: Do structured trade visits to verify retail context and collect information / insights about execution, trends, and competitors Focus on TOP STORE o TOP Indirect Customers
- Propose adjustments to the route and frequency of visits based on the cluster and the potential of each POS
- Management and Maintenance of the POS Database
- Manage and monitor in in-store execution by maintaining KPI tracking tools and developing reports. Reports: include TRAX and MSL (Execution KPIs such as % compliance of second displays, share of shelf, primary exhibition POS materials, and MSL compliance) and valorization of opportunities
- Verify that the points of sale are correctly assigned to the corresponding cluster based on volume, customer type, and location
- Update data for indirect points of sale: geolocation, customer profile, channel type, product mix, etc.
- Performance Analysis by Cluster
- Analyze the performance of the POS according to the assigned cluster (MSL, availability, assortment, facings, shelf share)
- Identify gaps between theoretical cluster vs. actual behavior
- Collaboration with Commercial Teams and Distributors
- Ensure proper POS execution according to ad hoc campaigns
Your Profile
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Hold a relevant professional degree or its equivalent.
- Show proficiency in digital tools, especially Power BI, to facilitate data manipulation and visualization.
- Exemplify advanced Excel capabilities, essential for robust data management and performance reporting.
- Having exposure to the pharmacy channel will serve as a strong asset in your contextual understanding of our business landscape.
- Be ready to travel, committing to approximately two provincial trips each month to effectively manage relationships and insights.
- Possess personal transportation (a car) to ensure mobility in fulfilling your role.
- Bring forth 3 to 5 years of solid experience in sales or trade marketing, particularly focusing on point of sales initiatives.
