Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive local medical strategy execution aligned with cross-functional teams and global objectives.
- Engage external stakeholders through personalized, omnichannel scientific communication.
- Lead insight-driven initiatives to shape the renal patient journey and improve outcomes.
- Develop and execute integrated evidence generation plans with internal and external partners.
- Leverage digital tools to enhance stakeholder engagement and medical education delivery.
- Provide expert medical input on pipeline programs, disease areas, and approved brands.
- Identify and address Real World Evidence needs using implementation science.
- Organize and lead impactful scientific events and digital medical exchanges.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare system leaders.
- Manage assigned budgets and ensure tactical implementation of medical objectives.
Essential Requirements
- Advanced degree in health or life sciences; doctoral degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred.
- Fluent in both English and the local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a medical function within a therapeutic area.
- Proven ability to apply digital tools for stakeholder engagement and insight generation.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across diverse audiences and healthcare environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, dynamic teams.
- Experience in developing and executing medical strategies and evidence generation plans.
- Solid understanding of local healthcare systems and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Design Thinking or SCRUM in medical or scientific settings.
- Familiarity with project management, health economics, and real-world evidence generation.
