At Coding Giants, we believe in preparing the next generations for the future through coding and technology education. Founded in 2015 in Poland, we now operate in multiple countries, teaching children and young people with courses designed to spark creativity and curiosity about tech.

We’re currently looking for a Mid-Level Recruiter, passionate about connecting talent with purpose, to join our Recruitment team and support our continued growth.

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from sourcing and screening to extending final offers.
  
• Recruit primarily coding instructors and sales representatives for our operations in Mexico and Spain.
  
• Conduct competency-based interviews and assess both technical and soft skills.
  
• Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Teamtailor to run efficient processes.
  
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers across different time zones, proposing tailored sourcing strategies and process improvements.
  
• Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, conversion rates, etc.).
  
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and suggest ideas to enhance candidate experience and internal recruitment processes.
  
• You’ll report directly to the Recruitment Lead, based in Spain.

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (ideally in high-volume or fast-paced environments).
  
• C1 level of English minimum (you’ll work with international teams and assess candidates' English skills).
  
• Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, interview techniques, recruitment metrics, and stakeholder management.
  
• Strong self-management, organizational, and communication skills.
  
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-changing environments.
