Latino Legends is hiring on behalf of a trailblazing legal marketing agency that helps ambitious attorneys scale their practices by authentically connecting with Hispanic communities. Through cutting-edge digital campaigns, brand storytelling, SEO, social media, and video, this agency leads the charge in one of the fastest-growing and most competitive spaces in the U.S.
We’re looking for a strategic, metrics-driven Director of Marketing to take full ownership of a high-performing, multichannel marketing operation. This is a growth-focused leadership role—not a brand maintenance seat. You’ll manage a team, drive lead generation across platforms, and ensure the sales pipeline stays full of qualified attorney prospects.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Own and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy across paid ads, email, SEO, webinars, social media, video, and live events.
Manage and mentor a growing team of marketers, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and goals are consistently met.
Build and run a demand generation engine that delivers qualified leads to sales every month.
Track, analyze, and report on key metrics—tying marketing activities directly to revenue outcomes.
Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align messaging, targeting, and funnel optimization.
Lead thought leadership efforts that position the agency as the go-to authority in Hispanic legal marketing.
Oversee contractors, agencies, and freelancers—ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are:
A marketing leader with 5+ years of experience driving demand generation and growth (B2B or agency preferred).
Experienced in building and scaling cross-channel marketing campaigns that directly impact revenue.
Comfortable managing teams, systems, and data—you’re both strategic and hands-on when needed.
Obsessed with performance metrics, automation, and CRM integration.
Passionate about marketing with cultural relevance—and eager to help attorneys connect meaningfully with the Hispanic market.
