We are looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer to lead the development and execution of the test automation strategy for an advanced digital wallet platform built with Kotlin Multiplatform (Compose Multiplatform).
The position ensures seamless quality delivery across mobile, backend, and web applications.

Responsibilities
- Define a comprehensive automation strategy for mobile applications, backend APIs, and admin web platforms
- Select appropriate testing tools and frameworks, including KMP Test, Appium, Espresso, and REST Assured
- Establish and maintain automated test suites for functional, integration, performance, and security testing
- Work alongside DevOps to embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze technical and functional requirements to enhance feature testability
- Set test coverage standards and track quality metrics comprehensively
- Prepare technical documentation and provide team mentorship on QA automation principles
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with test automation for mobile and backend platforms
- Capability to design and create test automation frameworks independently
- Expertise in mobile testing using Appium, Espresso, or KMP Test
- Proficiency in API testing tools, including Postman or REST Assured
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Nice to have
- Background in Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Compose Multiplatform
- Understanding of Backend For Frontend (BFF) architectures in Java environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce platforms for back-office operations
- Flexibility to work with cloud-based testing setups like Firebase Test Lab or Bitrise
