We are looking for an experienced Lead Automation Tester to lead the testing strategy for a cutting-edge digital wallet platform developed using Kotlin Multiplatform (Compose Multiplatform).
In this role, you will focus on ensuring the platform's reliability and quality by implementing sophisticated automation testing solutions across mobile, backend, and web admin layers.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement a robust automation testing strategy for mobile, backend, and web admin layers
- Evaluate, adopt, and use testing frameworks like KMP Test, Appium, Espresso, and REST Assured
- Develop and maintain test suites for functional, integration, performance, and security testing to ensure full coverage
- Work closely with DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for efficient workflows
- Review technical and functional requirements early in the development lifecycle to ensure testability
- Define test coverage goals and track quality metrics to assess the success of testing efforts
- Guide and mentor team members to promote best practices in automation testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in automation testing for mobile and backend systems
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role managing and supporting development teams
- Proven expertise in designing and building test automation frameworks from scratch
- Strong knowledge of mobile testing tools like Appium, Espresso, or KMP Test
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git and experience with CI/CD pipeline integration
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
- Advanced English communication skills, written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience working with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or Compose Multiplatform technologies
- Understanding of Backend For Frontend (BFF) architecture, particularly using Java
- Previous experience with Salesforce for administrative and back-office systems
- Familiarity with cloud-based mobile testing platforms like Firebase Test Lab or Bitrise
