What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to meet HTD’s internal hiring needs.
- Hunt for top talent using direct search and other creative sourcing channels.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the labor market trends to stay ahead of the game.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that leaves a lasting impression.
- Drive improvements and streamline processes to support our recruitment team.
- Build HTD’s brand awareness and create a positive image among candidates.
- Collaborate with our People Operations team on exciting joint projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, in the IT industry.
- Solid understanding of the IT sector and its unique talent needs.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to juggle multiple tasks.
- A proactive, engaged approach and a sense of ownership for your projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Creativity and openness to tackle new challenges and embrace new experiences.
- Independence and initiative to drive results on your own.
- Communicative English (B2+ or higher) to collaborate with our global team.
- Exceptional communication skills to connect with candidates and stakeholders.
- Bonus points: Experience recruiting for the U.S. market is a big plus!
