GTM Engineer at Handoff
We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale the technical systems behind our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You’ll design, automate, and maintain our revenue infrastructure—powering everything from CRM workflows and outbound automations to full-funnel reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who blends systems thinking with hands-on execution—comfortable in SQL and CRMs, fluent in growth metrics, and excited to leverage AI tools to remove manual work and drive efficiency across go-to-market teams.
What you'll do
- Own SaaS Growth Metrics: Build and maintain dashboards (HubSpot, Looker, Sheets) that track CAC, churn, sales velocity, NDR, and other key performance indicators.
- Design AI-Driven Automations: Use AI and low-code tools like n8n & Zapier to streamline prospecting, lead scoring, follow-ups, and customer success workflows.
- Manage HubSpot Infrastructure: Own lifecycle workflows, deal pipelines, data hygiene, onboarding logic, and routing rules.
- Scale Outbound Systems: Oversee outbound tools like Clay, Apollo, and Instantly. Manage deliverability, performance tracking, and domain health.
- Lead GTM Tooling Stack: Act as the system owner for our revenue tech stack. Ensure tooling is integrated, compliant, and built for scale.
- Deliver Insights & Analysis: Run ad hoc SQL analyses and partner with GTM leaders to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
- Drive Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Success to improve conversion, activation, and retention through better systems and insights.
About you
- 5+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, or related technical GTM role.
- Advanced SQL skills; able to pull insights from messy data and tell a clear story.
- Deep HubSpot expertise: lifecycle stages, workflow automation, properties, and pipelines.
- Strong experience with GTM tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Zapier, n8n, and enrichment platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to design and scale AI-driven workflows across marketing and sales.
- Understanding of core SaaS growth metrics (CAC, NDR, TTP%, activation, churn).
- Proactive systems builder who enjoys solving problems and delivering impact fast.
- Excellent cross-functional communicator—comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders.
- Curious, fast learner, and thrives in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments
