We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting secure and scalable network solutions across our enterprise environment. You will work closely with IT and security teams to ensure high availability, performance, and security of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, install, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/Fortinet).
- Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments across multiple sites.
- Monitor network performance using tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds and resolve issues proactively.
- Troubleshoot network problems, provide Tier 2/3 support, and resolve escalated incidents.
- Implement and maintain network security policies, including firewall rules, VLANs, and access controls.
- Support VoIP and unified communications platforms.
- Work with ISPs and vendors for circuit provisioning, upgrades, and problem resolution.
- Document configurations, diagrams, and procedures for operational handover.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer / NOC Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPNs.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco / Juniper / Fortinet / HP / Aruba networking equipment.
- Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, load balancers.
- Experience with network monitoring and ticketing systems.
