Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing e-commerce consultancy specializing in helping e-commerce brands grow and scale.
They are looking for a Contract Ecommerce Operations Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Shopify, Amazon, and overall eCommerce.
The primary responsibility of the Contract Ecommerce Operations Manager will be to manage the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce business. This includes managing our inventory, orders, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of eCommerce stores
- Operation and customization of Shopify stores
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with other members of the team to ensure that we are meeting our clients goals
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations management
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Faire, and Magento.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
