As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at OneSeven Tech, you'll be the driving force behind scaling our two core service offerings: Staff Augmentation and Managed Teams. For our Managed Teams service, you'll assemble project-based product teams for 3, 6, or 12-month engagements where we act as consultants, selecting the optimal technology stack based on each client's specific business use case. This means you'll need to continuously source, nurture, and maintain relationships with top-tier talent across all technical disciplines and design specialties throughout LATAM. Your expertise will be essential in building our "always-ready" talent pipeline, ensuring we can rapidly deploy the perfect team composition for any project that comes our way.

You are a seasoned talent acquisition professional who excels at building and maintaining extensive talent networks across diverse technical disciplines and design specialties. You have a deep understanding of the differences between programming languages, frameworks, and technical architectures, enabling you to identify and attract the best talent for any technology stack we might need. You're a skilled talent hunter who knows how to spot exceptional developers and designers, and you're not afraid to proactively reach out and recruit top performers from other companies. You understand that as a consultancy, we need to be prepared for any project - from React frontends to Python backends, from AI/ML solutions to mobile apps, from UX/UI design to DevOps infrastructure. Your extensive network and relationship-building skills across LATAM will be crucial to our success.

- 5+ years talent acquisition experience, with 3+ years focused on technical and design recruiting
- Fluent English and Spanish required, Portuguese strongly preferred
- 9am-5pm EST availability with reliable workspace/internet
- Experience recruiting for digital agencies, consultancies, or product studios (REQUIRED)
- Previous recruiting experience at technology consulting firms, staff augmentation companies, or similar agencies (REQUIRED)
- Proven track record recruiting AND vetting across multiple technology stacks and design disciplines
- Deep understanding of technical roles AND design roles: Full-Stack, Frontend, Backend, Mobile, AI/ML, DevOps, UX/UI, Product Design

Always-On Talent Pipeline Management
- Build and continuously nurture talent pools across ALL technical disciplines and design specialties, maintain "warm" relationships with hundreds of top performers across LATAM, develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-find specialists (AI/ML, blockchain, mobile, senior designers), and create rapid deployment processes for assembling project teams within 1-2 weeks of client commitment
- Design frameworks for optimal team composition based on project requirements and technology stack, update and maintain our Airtable talent database and create quick matching of skills to projects in Airtable, develop processes for balancing technical expertise, seniority levels, and collaborative dynamics in consulting teams, execute comprehensive recruiting across development AND design roles, conduct initial technical vetting calls to assess coding competency and system design thinking, utilize our existing coding challenges and technical assessments in later pipeline stages, screen candidates for technical depth before advancing them to formal coding challenges, and maintain high bar for technical quality while ensuring efficient pipeline flow
- Map talent landscapes in key LATAM tech hubs, build relationships with technical communities and universities, develop proactive recruiting strategies for identifying and attracting top performers from competitor companies, create market reports on talent availability, salary trends, and emerging technologies, stay current on LATAM technical talent market trends and compensation benchmarks, and represent OneSeven at virtual events and technical meetups
