Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Capex Coordinator to join us. This position reports directly to the Procurement Director and plays a key role in the planning and execution of strategic investment projects.
Your day at IMSA
- Lead the coordination and monitoring of CAPEX projects, across our multiple manufacturing sites, with a strong focus on civil works and infrastructure development.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and scope, following Global Procurement standards.
- Oversee construction phases, ensuring alignment between engineering, procurement, finance, and on-site execution.
- Maintain updated project dashboards, schedules, and documentation to support decision-making and stakeholder visibility.
- Organize and facilitate regular meetings with contractors, engineering teams, and global/local stakeholders to ensure progress and resolve issues.
- Monitor CAPEX spending and support budget forecasting, control, and investment justification
What we're looking for:
- University degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years’ experience coordinating investment projects, especially in civil works and infrastructure.
- Strong command of SAP (project tracking, purchase requests, payment follow-up).
- Solid knowledge of construction processes and site management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
