We are currently looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team in Villa Maipú, San Martín – Buenos Aires Province.
Your day at BIOMÁS
- Coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with GMP standards.
- Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Monitor production KPIs and apply digital tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, quality assurance, and planning teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive initiatives to optimize production flow, reduce waste, and enhance productivity through methodologies like 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma.
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy (mandatory).
- Proven experience in production coordination within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Solid knowledge of 5S, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to implement lean manufacturing principles and process optimization strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in digital tools for operational analytics.
