Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused leader to head our Accounting Operations in Argentina. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing Accounts Payable (AP) and Record to Report (R2R) processes, ensuring operational excellence and delivering high-impact services to internal and external customers across the region.

Area of Responsibility
- Lead the Accounting Services Line in Argentina, overseeing day-to-day operations in Accounts Payable and Record to Report (Closing & Reporting).
- Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.
- Manage a P&L business, achieving revenue, profit, and productivity targets.
- Define and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, automation, best-in class service availability and quality in combination with cost optimization for all services.
- Collaborate with global GBS teams to implement and support standardized processes and tools. Drive innovation and evaluate new tools/application.
- Foster continuous improvement and customer-oriented innovation initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
- Monitor Customer satisfaction and establish measures for customer satisfaction improvement.
- Responsible for customer performance reviews, contract management, issue mitigation, and management of escalations.
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent while nurturing a culture of engagement and growth.
Experience, Skills and Capabilities
- 5–7 years of experience in a similar role, with deep expertise in Accounts Payable or Record to Report.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams, including team managers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for coaching and mentoring.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience using data analytics for process improvement is a plus
- Understanding of Siemens Business structures preferred
