In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing innovative, efficient, and actionable technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with other engineers to translate customer needs into use cases and high-level requirements, and to identify suitable solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that products are delivered on time, under budget, and with successful deployment.

Role Responsibilities

• The Senior Telecommunications (Telecom) Analyst is responsible for coordinating and performing global telecommunications moves, adds and changes, acting as the main point of contact between global provider internal partners and global clients alike.
• The senior analyst will also maintain, create new telecom processes, maintain global hardware and telecom inventory, evaluate existing telecom processes and assess global telecommunication needs.
• The senior telecommunications analyst will interact with suppliers and external partners to validate the solutions proposed by the connectivity schemes proposed according to the requirement and/or necessary project, maintain SLAs and monitor the implementation of the order process, on time, meeting or exceeding project deadlines.
• Recommend process improvements to meet department goals and perform telecommunications-related duties as assigned.

Role Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in similar functions, helping to install and maintain the Data Center network infrastructure and interconnection to entities, regional offices and connection to the networks of our own facilities, participating as a focal point representing the area of networks in projects and interdisciplinary work teams to propose solutions through connectivity schemes with solid training and experiences in technologies and characteristics in the area of Firewalling, Routing, Switching multivendor (Cisco/FortiGate/Palo Alto) and carrier class equipment with a focus on network engineering and architecture.
• Student or graduate in Engineer or bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science (University Degree related to telecommunications).
• Advanced English level is required.
• Proficiency handling Office packages (Word and Excel), project applications and ticket applications such as ServiceNow.
• Excellent priority management, multitasking with a focus on Agile methodologies. r is expected to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You'll also be eager to adopt and learn new cloud technologies, supporting ongoing projects deployed in the cloud.
• Availability to work from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.
