Compensation: $3,000/month base + performance-based commissions
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), availability required during EST business hours
Location: Remote from Latin America — U.S. real estate market knowledge is a must
About the Opportunity
Latino Legends is hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions & Operations Coordinator to support a dynamic and fast-paced U.S. real estate investment team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work side-by-side with executive leadership to help move deals from opportunity to closing—faster, smarter, and with precision.
If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in high-performance environments, this role will give you a front-row seat to acquisitions, development, and operations across multiple asset types, including residential, commercial, and self-storage.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisitions & Deal Support
Assist with underwriting and analysis of real estate deals
Draft and submit LOIs, manage deal documents, and track approvals
Coordinate due diligence and support loan document submissions
Help manage closing processes and transaction timelines
Development & Construction Coordination
Track construction budgets, milestones, and timelines
Manage contractor bids, vendor outreach, and communications
Support site oversight and execution of development tasks
Finance, Bookkeeping & Reporting
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and track expenses
Prepare budget summaries and support investor reporting
Organize financial data and maintain clear reporting systems
Executive Support & Operations
Provide direct support to leadership: managing meetings, tasks, and deadlines
Track progress on key projects and follow up on deliverables
Maintain systems for document management, communication, and project execution
Conduct research and assist with ad hoc operational needs
What You Bring
Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, underwriting, and project coordination
Understanding of construction budgeting, deal analysis, and closing processes
Solid experience with bookkeeping, reporting, and financial organization
Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable balancing strategy with execution—able to support executive leadership directly
Familiarity with U.S. real estate (residential, commercial, or self-storage a plus)
Fluent in English and experienced with U.S. real estate timelines and documentation
Must have hands-on experience with real estate due diligence (leases, permits, financials, etc.)
