We are looking for someone who Excels At Sales to join our real estate company and help us Acquire Investment Properties! (NOTE: This is NOT a cold-call position, Warm Acquisition Leads only)

Responsibilities:
-Quickly qualify opportunities and gauge motivation
-Effectively build rapport and gain trust w/agents
-Analyze opportunities and market data to determine pricing
Qualifications:
- Great English
- Access to good computer, internet, and microphone
- Prospecting / Sales / Negotiation qualifications are a plus

Pay: Up to $6,000.00 per hour
