Remote Mobile Home Park Manager
Location: Remote from LATAM
Salary: $1,800–$2,000 USD/month (paid via Payoneer or Wise)
Schedule: Full-time, 8am - 5pm MST | Monday–Friday | 1-hour lunch | Flexibility for emergencies
Latino Legends is proud to partner with a leading property management company to find a Remote Manufactured Home Community Manager to oversee the operations of a large mobile home park portfolio in the U.S.
In this fully remote role, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, resident relations, vendor coordination, and property compliance—all while working from the comfort of your home in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
Virtual Community Oversight
- Manage maintenance requests, inspections, and curb appeal through vendors and local site staff
- Monitor property operations using digital dashboards and regular reporting
Resident Relations
- Serve as the primary remote point of contact for residents
- Enforce community rules and policies through effective digital communication
Financial Oversight
- Manage rent collections, delinquencies, and digital financial records
- Support budgeting and profitability initiatives with the regional management team
Vendor & Project Coordination
- Oversee service agreements and project bids
- Track the progress of property improvements and vendor performance remotely
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and conduct virtual audits
- Stay informed about regulatory updates impacting mobile home parks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manufactured home community management or similar roles
- Excellent spoken and written English (required)
- Strong leadership, organization, and remote communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Rent Manager or similar software preferred
- Experience with remote vendor oversight and operations coordination
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative
- Spanish language skills a plus
