Who We Are:
This role sits within the Global CSS VA Capability Hub and focuses on supporting the Global VA Mobility team and the VA Car Fleet and Mobility as a Service (MaaS) team across the deal lifecycle.
VA Car Fleet & MaaS – this team provides the guidance and supports the process for acquisition fleet management and mobility as a service (including passenger cars and business operating vehicles) to ensure a smooth transition of acquired vehicles into Accenture’s fleet policies.
VA Mobility - this team assesses risk and immigration/tax compliance and facilitates integration for acquisitions into Accenture's travel management processes, protocols, and tools, including education and support for adherence to policies related to safety and security, accommodations, destination services, business expense management, and meetings and events. VA Mobility engages acquisitions to guide them through our tools and standards which ensure compliance to law, employee safety and security as well as a consistent approach to travel and financial management.
The CSS Global VA Mobility & Car Fleet Specialist role is a global position that supports both teams throughout the deal lifecycle from due diligence to post-merger integration. Responsibilities will include reporting, data management and analytics to provide insights for key stakeholders within the deal environment. Additionally, Role may also assist with Agentic AI analysis and development. There will also be adhoc special projects which may vary depending on overall team priorities or deal environment.
As the VA Mobility & Car Fleet Ops Specialist, you will:
Provide support for VA Mobility including reporting, tracking, and data management/analysis
Collaborate with team members for knowledge sharing and data insights for alignment/enablement of VA Cross Functional reporting
Analyze/track/summarize car leases for VA Car Fleet to enable risk analysis and/or integration activities
Engage on complex VA deals where additional adhoc support is required for VA Business Partners
Create Powerpoint decks and draft communications for key stakeholders
Support any applicable AI enablement activities through data collection and compilation, testing, launch support, issue tracking, etc.
Manage team SharePoint and associated activities
Collaborate cross-functionally, gaining exposure to wider VA functions and cross-functional activities as part of the new CSS VA Capability Hub
Become a trusted team member applying business knowledge and acumen
What you will need:
Experience in managing key deliverables within specified timeframes.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization/time management skills.
Experience working with Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
Fluent in both verbal and written English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate on challenges/offer solutions or escalate issues as appropriate.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and change; flexibility.
Demonstrate an open mindset, willing to understand different work cultures while being able to offer support.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Eager to expand knowledge in the field of Ventures & Acquisitions.
