About the role
We are currently looking for a Pharmacovigilance Analyst to work as part of a project, for one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world. You will be helping with the internal audits on private reviews, processes, projects and tasks. Reporting status on a weekly basis.
In this role, you will:
- Translation of the source documents from Spanish to English and completion of the relevant fields in the Adverse Event Form.
- Anonymization.
- Establish effective cross-functional working relationships across multiple business units and organizational levels to best assist our members & clients.
- Responsible for completing daily work and process flows within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Drive efficiency gains by identifying, communicating, and taking actions on gaps in existing workflows.
- Consistent and appropriate sense of urgency combined with proper discretion in resolving issues.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring between 1 and 2 days a week in our Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Calle Tucuman 3720. What you need to have to be considered
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python (including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong Python debugging skills.
- Advanced SQL skills (including writing complex queries, joins, subqueries, window functions).
- Proficiency in regular expressions (Regex).
This will help you stand out
- Good command of spoken and written English (minimum level B2CEFR or equivalent
- College Degree in Health Sciences (biochemistry, pharmacy, nutrition, biology, biotechnology, psychology, etc.)
- Looking for new graduates with 1 year of experience max, it is a junior position.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to provide high levels of customer service with a strong integrity and confidentiality, using common sense, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
- Excellent English level C1 or Above
