Business Controlling Analyst - Argentina

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Controlling Analyst with a highly analytical and detail-oriented profile, who can contribute to strengthening the company’s financial culture, providing support to the Sales area, and improving commercial execution processes. The role will also play a key part in developing and optimizing S&OP and cost planning processes, taking them to the next level of excellence.
The FP&A Analyst will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Controller. The main challenge of this position will be to support the consolidation, analysis, and preparation of monthly performance reports, as well as evaluate and monitor promotion and discount plans. Key responsibilities also include diagnosing the main financial KPIs with a focus on margins, costs, and pricing and developing financial models to support strategic decision-making.
What You Will Do
- Assist in the calculation, analysis, and projection of business results (budget and forecast).
- Actively participate in monthly closing with critical analysis of data received from various departments.
- Support cost closing routines (SAP and management analyses).
- Assist in product pricing development in collaboration with Marketing teams.
- Assist in evaluation and approval of discount policies.
- Analyze margin (volume, price & mix) by region, channel, and product families.
- Support the creation and revision of KPIs and dashboards (SAP, Excel, and Power BI).
- Perform projection and analysis of budgeted costs and expenses, including actual vs. budget reviews and deviations vs plans.
- Support the preparation of management reports and guarantee match to global consolidation systems, among others.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
- General accounting knowledge (corporate and managerial);
- General financial knowledge (P&L, Cash Flow, Working Capital);
- Advanced Excel user (mandatory);
- SAP knowledge (desirable);
- Language: Spanish, English (desirable).
