Role Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients, reaching out through targeted campaigns, and ensuring that the leads are well-qualified for the sales pipeline. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic research and hands-on outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Research: Identify and research potential leads, focusing on e-commerce companies in need of logistics and shipping solutions.

Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their shipping needs, business goals, and potential fit with the company’s offerings.

Lead Database Management: Ensure accurate lead information is captured and maintained in the CRM, segmenting based on industry, need, and potential value.

Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies that align with the company’s goals.

Reporting: Track and report on the progress of lead generation activities, sharing insights with leadership on lead quality and conversion potential.
