You will serve as the primary bridge between our distributors, strategic users, and internal support, product, and sales teams. Your core mission is to ensure every client in Latin America maximizes the value of our solutions, from their initial post-sales contact through continuous, productive use of their equipment.This isn't just an operational role; we're seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly service-oriented professional who deeply understands the nuances of the Latin American market and can proactively anticipate client needs. - Guide and support distributors and end-users through the entire post-sales journey, from product delivery to successful adoption.
- Orchestrate and deliver comprehensive onboarding sessions and technical training programs.
- Address support requests, escalate complex cases, and maintain clear communication with the factory.
- Oversee warranty and RMA processes, ensuring swift response times and meticulous tracking.
- Monitor key indicators such as customer satisfaction and product usage, proposing continuous improvements.
- Provide crucial insights to the commercial team regarding active accounts and potential growth opportunities.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Aviation Pilot, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Partner Management, or Business Development, ideally within the technology or drone industries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a significant plus).
- Solid general knowledge of the drone sector and its applications in public safety, inspection, energy, and other areas.
- Proven experience collaborating with distributors, resellers, or government entities across the LATAM region.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities, proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Desired Qualifications
- Postgraduate studies.
- Familiarity with complementary drone software (e.g., mapping solutions, video management systems, thermography).
