Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance and accurate functioning of the facility in all areas related to operations, ensuring a clean, well-lit, and orderly environment.
- Coordinate the maintenance and operation of the temperature monitoring system in accordance with local SOPs, ensuring continuous use.
- Ensure the continuous operation and use of temperature and humidity control systems.
- Maintain and operate temperature-controlled areas and equipment for consistent performance.
- Coordinate the maintenance and operation of the access control system for accurate and continuous use.
- Ensure the integrity and continuous operation of intrusion and fire systems.
- Manage the maintenance and operation of the CCTV system (Video Surveillance Cameras) for constant functionality.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop or review procedures, forms, and work instructions used by operations personnel.
- Perform administrative tasks related to document life cycle management, from issuance to archiving, following quality recommendations.
- Participate in support initiatives, continuous improvement activities, and compliance with quality procedures, policies, and regulations.
- Detect and report deviations and non-conformities in compliance with procedures.
- Ensure the integrity of data generated in critical systems and operations.
- Participate in managing and ensuring regulatory compliance related to safety and hygiene activities.
